Once again, semantics from our provincial government blurs the lines.

The legislation continues to absolutely benefit the most affluent.

My 90-year-old mother is waiting for cataract surgery. A phone call to a private clinic reveals she will have a much shorter wait time (weeks) if she pays herself, than if she has it covered by OHIP (months).
